It was a monumental task managed with relative ease and minimal problems. We appreciate the efforts you and your staff have taken to ensure each Service Center received timely attention to come “on line”, as well as the many service calls you have personally responded to with efficiency and courtesy. Feedback from the field indicates you have been responsive to compatibility issues between the hardware system vendor, varied phone companies and branch phone systems.—a complex task when engaging more than 60 facilities.
