The SalesMaker On Hold System has helped Aireco in many ways. It gives us the opportunity to highlight current promotions, new products, our Customer Loyalty Trip Program, upcoming training & events, and more. Although we prefer to not have our customers hold too long, it’s nice to have something interesting for them to listen to while they are holding, especially during our busy season. When our customers have something nice and informative to listen to, it reduces hang-ups and alters the caller’s perception of time, so it doesn’t seem like they were waiting long at all.
